Really, 2010??!!!

Seriously 2010??
This is how you're going to play it?

Today I was told my hours would be slashed leaving me NOT eligible for benefits.

As if the last several years of struggle and loss weren't enough, now 2010 has to pour salt in my gaping wounds.

I can't seem to catch a break.

schools are struggling right now, especially in that state. I know it is not fair, but public schools are getting hit terribly hard in this economy. i hope you can find another job WITH BENEFITS very soon, but i know the job market is tight. i wish i could bring your hours and your benefits back!!!!! love you all - hang in there. somethings gotta give, somethings gotta give, somethings gotta gi-ive....

hey miss margeret...sherry berg here... i have followed your blog on and off for some time... i truly do empathize w/you... my thinking is that we are being kept soooooooo busy trying to stay afloat that we will have no time left over to do something about what has gotten us, as a country and a people, here. what "that" is i don't know... but i do know that downtrodden people don't tend to make waves... i have no doubt that you will continue to make waves. thanks for that... peace, sherry.

God, that sucks. I hate the economy right now.

Do they have state insurance in Minnesota? In Iowa we have Hawkeye insurance for people who may even be close to middle class, but don't have benefits. It might be worth it to see if Minnesota has anything like that.
