Good Old Jokes

Iowa has many round barns. Whenever we'd drive past one, my Dad would always tell the same old joke, and we'd always bite.

Dad, "Hey kids! Did you know a guy DIED in there?"
Gullible kid, "REALLY DAD?!?!?!"
Dad, "Yep. He went crazy looking for a corner to pee in!"

Har har hardy har har! I love groaners.

Any time we crossed train tracks my dad would say, "Oh, a train was just here." Being gullible, we would say "How do you know?"
Punchline: "Because you can see it's tracks."

Oh lord I'm slapping my thigh and wetting my pants. Wooooooo!

MG- you beat me! My Mom used to say that one all the time. And I must confess...I have done the same to my own kids.

My Grandpa used to say, "I stuck up for you the other day! Someone said you weren't fit to sleep with pigs and I said you were!"

Awesome bad joke. My favorite along these lines is one a friend uses every chance he gets. Driving past a cemetery, say, "That place is really popular." The person you're talking to then says something like, "That cemetery? Popular?" Then you zing 'em: "Yeah, people are dying to get in there."
