In my quest for better health, I'm now going to post my food intake and exercise in the right margins of my blog. It might help me to start being totally accountable for my actions. I realize this is so self-centered and boring, so feel free to ignore it. But if you'd like to "weigh in" with your opinion, chastisement, support, suggestions, etc. go right ahead.

Brave woman, you. If I were to post my food intake each day, I'd have to lie. No, why of course I did not eat two bowls of ice cream in a row, same as last night and the night before and the night before! Why do you ask???

I propose a new group blog - Lard Ass to Tight Ass - and we can use it as a support system to help each other lose weight.

You have got to be the most brave woman on the face of this earth. You're putting it all out there--like a g-string on the clothes line--you're a$$ out--telling all your business, every piece of food. Girl I could not do that, for fear the fat police would come and arrest me and give me a life sentence of rice cakes and bottled water. Yesterday for breakfast alone I had biscuits, jelly, bacon and syrup and eggs and... Lord, it's making me hungry all over again. I like Melinda June's suggestion about the new blog group "Lard Ass to Tight Ass"...
Mindy, if you start your Lard Ass blog, I will join you. I've got to get some lard off my ass pronto. Should we be required to post a naked picture of our asses as a before shot??
