Today is my 6 year breast cancer anniversary. I told you my story last year in this post. Six years ago I had that nasty stuff cut out, and I've been cancer free ever since. It's a good day.
It's also a HOT day - temps are hotter than the hammered down hinges of Hell. Well over 95! I covered my garden against FROST Saturday night, and today it's 95. The weather here just plays with our minds.

I wasn't blogging last May, and somehow never knew this about you. Six years....whoohooo!!! I'm so selfishly glad you are here, because I enjoy your blog so much, and I'm glad you're there for your girls.....they are going to be such wonderful women because of you!
Congratulations! I heard your interview this morning on FM 107.1 on the Kevyn Burger show. You made me laugh on the way home. My mother is also a breast cancer survivor (9 years). Keep writing, and I want the bean recipes Sheletta was talking about! :)
