According to a lawyer who specializes in "executive privilege" areas of law, believes that these letters or the act thereof...may be illegal. Now there's a shocker!! Someone better find an end run around Bushies tactics.

Hey-- I was talking to someone about it at work yesterday, and they said that it can be reversed by Obama. Let's hope so. I can't wait to see Carl Rove do the "perp walk."
