Did you notice the time I my latest blog too? I just cannot get to sleep at night lately and I'm only having one cup of coffee at 7:00am, that's it! AAAAAAAGGGGHH! So I baked 2 dozen muffins at 1:00 this morning for the kids for breakfast. Of course, when the alarm went off at 6:00, THEN my body wanted to sleep and sleep and sleep. This is not a good schedule.
Use this as an excuse to drink much wine, don't you think? I've been trying to cut out diet soda all together. Have you read some of the recent studies related to diet soda and metabolic syndrome, a precursor to heart disease? Eeek!
Yes, I saw those studies. I'm on the "can't sleep at night but crash at 3-4am and want to sleep until 10am" cycle. I feel like a teenager, but in a really creepy old wrinkly way. Can't do much wine - gives me an upset stomach. I'm pathetic.
