DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Supreme Court says the state's same-sex marriage ban violates the constitutional rights of gay and lesbian couples, making it the third state where gay marriage is legal.
Yea! I was so excited when I heard it. I have a bunch of friends who worked tirelessly on this. It's nice to see the good guys winning for once. Now, let's all sit back and watch what happens with the backlash.

This was a pleasant surprise wasn't it? I had no idea that was even on the agenda for Iowa.

Bubs - Iowa has it's share, no doubt. It will be interesting to watch the resulting protests.
